Because our data centers are not open to the public, clients can rest assured that only a handful of highly trained, level-three technicians will be allowed close physical proximity to
their servers.

Physical Security
The data center is physically isolated from everyone but level three technicians.
Public access is strictly forbidden. Access to the data center is restricted to those holding
electronic passcards.
Conditioned Power
In the unlikely event of a total power
outage, the power systems in
our data centers are designed to run uninterrupted. The generator
system, fully functional in 20 seconds, is regularly tested to ensure
uninterrupted service in the unlikely event of an emergency.
A Precision Environment
Our data centers are
well filtered and circulated. All air is circulated and filtered
constantly to remove dust and contaminants. The data center's HVAC
system is N+1 redundant to ensure that even in the
event of one HVAC system failure, there are several others on standby. An advanced fire-suppression
system is in place to prevent any fire from spreading - in the unlikely event
of one. They include the use of environment friendly
Inergen
gas and
uncharged sprinkler system.
